Your deposit secures your place and your start date, and you will receive a confirmation email automatically. The balance is due 30 days before your start date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Book ahead
We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance for short-term volunteer and Immersion stays. For internships or longer programs, 6 months ahead is ideal.
